That’s why we only work with a maximum number of clients at any time.

 

  • Our approach is practical, challenging and insightful and results orientated in approach. Programmes whether one-to-one or designed for groups are interactive whilst also offering time for theory, reflection, discussion, and practice.

 

  • Most coaches and mindfulness professionals adopt old school traditional working methods. We are more cutting edge than that and are contemporary in our approach.

 

  • Whilst we use interactive conversation, we also welcome the opportunity to work more creatively using pictures, images, diagrams, writing, movement, and poems as appropriate.

 

  • We have extensive clinical and corporate experience including experience and expertise in senior management, and policy positions and leadership with an emphasis on diversity, coaching, mentoring, health work care and well-being both domestically and internationally.
